Rise Meal Calendar Request

Rise City Church is committed to caring for our community. One of the ways we can do this is by providing meals in times of transition or hardships. Please fill this out, so we may care for you in the best way possible.

We create meals using www.mealtrain.com. We normally post your meal calendar link in the #membercare Rise slack channel and also will reach out to other Rise members who you are connected with. Is there anyone in particular at Rise who you would like us to share it with? Please let us know!

We normally provide meals two times per week for three weeks (a total of 6 meals). Any preferred days?

We will start meals one week after we are notified unless otherwise noted.

We often share your calendar with them so they can help fill the calendars as well.
